This is really frustrating now, I didn’t expect this kind of service from a company like Samsung.
I have also called Samsung support a few times and from my previous emails it’s clear that I have made my decision to claim a full refund of the TV.
I have now bought another TV and I have packed the Samsung TV and stored it for pick up.

Two items were ordered and paid for on the 14/2/23. As at today 5/4/23 we still have not received them nor are being provided with any information as to where they are and when we are expected to receive delivery. We are now being inundated with requests for Samsung to review the products. Constant communication with customer care service is not providing any assistance. We have not received any communication from Samsung as to where the items are or even if they are now with a courier. Customer care responds to emails saying they are on the way – well they have been on the way now for 3 weeks for one unit and 2 weeks for the other. I am denied information as to what courier service is being used. Initially after my order I was informed there would be a delay of around 3 weeks because of updating some systems – firstly according to your website these upgrades did not commence until the 13/3/23 – a good month after my order and money taken. Secondly if delays were to be anticipated then they should have clearly been noted against the product on the website and they were not. I want specific answers to my questions – where are my products – when will I receive them – what courier are they with (assuming they are not already damaged if they have been on their way for weeks now). If I cannot get these specific answers, I am left with no choice but to lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs and take action to recover interest at the current cash rate for my money from a reasonable time since the order. No consumer purchasing from such a large and seemingly reputable company should have to go through these senseless hoops, with no reasonable explanation, to receive goods that were ordered online – there are consumer protection laws that forbid this kind of practice.
