I very sorry to see you “Coles” promoting sex and the sexualisation of our community by promotion of the “transgender and pride month” in every day things that I do in your store as shopping for myself and my family. I’m very sorry to ay that I will in no way be coming into your shopping establishments. You have lost me as a customer. This makes me very sad as I do enjoy coming into Coles and spending my money.

  2. Deep, dangerous pot holes in the Coles open car park in Moss Vale NSW.
    They’ve been patched numerous times over the past two years.
    Sadly, they remain craters around one square metre in size and up to 300 mm deep.
    Customers struggle every day, trying to negotiate a safe path to their cars with loaded shopping trolleys.
    I’m nearing 80 years of age,
    I shop at Coles Moss Vale several times per week…
    probably a total weekly spend of $300 if you care to check my fly buys account.
    I had a near miss last week, with my trolley loaded, I tripped and fell. Luckily for you, I didn’t receive any major injuries apart from a bruised bum.
    How long must this go on ?

  3. I slipped over on a wet surface at the collection bay for shopping trolleys at your Sunnybank Hills Coles outlet today between 3-4pm (12/3/2023). I fell on the floor bruising my left elbow and pinky and felt some discomfort in my left knee. I am currently experiencing a dull ache in my elbow and pinky.

    I notice a middle age male shopper pointing to the area I fell and accompanied shop staff to the same area holding his phone up appearing to take a picture. I assumed the shop staff was aware of my slip as managers attended the area as they inspected the area as I proceeded with shopping. I was surprised no one in the shop enquired about my welfare.

    When I completed my shopping I went to the enquiries counter and discussed the incident. I was advised a code blue had to be raised and a manager was called. A person by the name Haydn spoke to me and documented the incident in a book by making a handwritten note. He stated the incident was similar to a lady that fell just before me in the same location. I just want to place this on record in case further complications arise re my injuries.
