  1. Hi, I have made a complaint through customer service yesterday and now I have received an untrue and abusive email from the store manager at Erina NSW 2250. Below is a copy of the inflammatory email. I now have a concern for my safety as the complaint department has forwarded on sensitive information to this person and I am worried what other personal information has been passed onto this person called ‘Ben’.

    Dear XX,

    I am the manager of Subway Erina and I was there when you came to the store and had a dispute with us in regards your online order, what you said about yesterday is not 100% ture.

    Firstly we did exactly what you asked in your online order which is BLT with cheese and toasted. we can provide surveillant footage about that and we didn’t make any mistake on prepare your order.

    Secondly you came in yesterday and question our staff with an attitude about the meat and cheese of the Sandwitch we made, so our staff put on glove and opened the sandwitch to show you there is Meat and cheese on your sandwich, and you saw that by yourself, then you find another excuse by blame us putting hands on the sandwich and made it unatable. How do you expect us open the sandwich and show you the ingredient in the sandwich without use our hand?

    Even under this circumstance our staff didn’t argue with you and made the BMT you asked for and offer that to you free of charge, the only thing we mention is please place the order with BMT instead if BLT if the BMT is what you asking for, and then you become very inpatient and said : don’t make a big deal of this, I am still going to complain you about it.

    So during the whole thing, you are the one who is rude to our staffs and we haven’t done anything wrong in regards of your order.

    I am not going to apologise to you in regards of this issue cause our staffs are people too, they are not deserve to be treat like that.
